What happens to my data if I close my account?
While your account is active, your data is retained for as long as the account remains open. If you voluntarily close your account, we recommend exporting anything you need first - your data enters an expired state and is retained for 30 days, after which the account and its data are permanently removed (except where retention is legally required).
If your account is suspended (for example, due to a billing issue), you have a 30-day grace period to resolve it and reopen the account. If it isn't brought back into good standing within that window, it follows the same removal timeline as a voluntary closure.
