Backups
Vergo performs automated backups of all customer and system data on a daily basis. Backups are replicated to a separate geographic region for redundancy and are encrypted to the same standard as production data. Backup jobs are monitored, and any failure triggers an internal alert for immediate follow-up.
Disaster recovery
Vergo maintains a documented Disaster Recovery Plan covering the recovery of critical systems in the event of a significant disruption. The plan defines clear recovery priorities, is tested at least annually through both tabletop and technical exercises, and is refined based on the results of each test.
Business continuity
Business continuity planning is reviewed and tested annually, helping ensure Vergo's team can maintain operations and continue supporting customers through a range of disruption scenarios.
